SIRET N° 77655076600013 whose head office is in CHAMONIX MONT-BLANC , 85 Place du Triangle de l'Amitié, N° TVA Intracommunautaire : FR12776550766 , hereinafter referred to as " OT " and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of the "OT" hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the OT and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the commercial site of the OT, whether the buyer is professional or consumer.
By the acquisition of a good or a service through this website, the buyer accepts with no reserve these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over all other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the OT.
The OT reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the OT website. They are to the extent of available stocks.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product, in particular with regard to the colors.
The prices in the catalog are prices including all taxes in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.
The OT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery.
Delivery will be made by La Poste. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service, must:
- complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details.
- complete the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
- validate his order after having checked it;
- make the payment under the conditions provided;
- confirm its order and payment.
The conformation of the order implies that the buyer accepts these terms and conditions, meaning a perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to one’s own terms of purchase or other conditions.
The collected data in their entirety and the stored confirmation consist of a proof of the business transaction. The confirmation is worth a signature and implies the agreement to the business transaction made.
The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by electronic mail.
The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the concerned banking payment centres give their approval. Refusal by these centres will automatically cause the cancellation of order and the customer will be informed of that by e-mail.
The buyers, not professional physical persons, benefit from a legal delay of retraction of 14 days as from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return and shipment. The goods must be in their original packaging, complete, undamaged and fully functional.
Terms of payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering

All the products provided by the salesman profit from the legal guarantee envisaged by articles 1641 and following of the Civil code.
In case of non-compliance of product sold, it can be returned to the vendor who will take over, refund or exchange, apart from masks. Masks can be neither returned nor exchanged.

All components of the site OT are owned intellectual and exclusive OT.
The products sold are a trademark, any copy or reproduction is prohibited,

The OT has the right to collect information on the buyers including by using cookies, and, if he wishes it, to give to commercial partners the collected information.
The buyers may object to disclosure of their contact details by notifying at the OT. The same, the users have a right to access and rectify data concerning them, under the French law of January 6, 1978.
The automated data processing, including the management of the users email addresses has been registered under number 1211401 with the French Board which enforces Law of data protection (CNIL) on the 30th of December 2006.
Archiving - Proof
The OT will archive orders form and bills on a reliable and lasting aid as a copy in conformity with the French civil code act. 1348.
The OT’s computerised registers shall be deemed by the parties to be proof of the communications, orders, payments and transactions occurring between them.
These terms & conditions are governed by French Law.
In case of dispute, competence is awarded to the competent courts of Bonneville.
